Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love every piece of jewelry you buy from us. Since our items are delicate and made for personal use, we usually don’t accept returns or exchanges. However, we do understand that mistakes or damages can happen.

✨ We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • If the jewelry you receive is broken/damaged on arrival.

  • If you receive a different item than what you ordered.

 

📹 Important: To process such returns, we need a clear unboxing/opening video of the package from the moment you open it, without any cuts or edits. This helps us verify the issue quickly.

 

⏰ Time Frame: Please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there’s a problem. After this period, we won’t be able to accept return requests.

 

🚫 No returns or refunds are accepted for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Size/fit issues

  • Personal preferences

  • Hygiene & safety concerns (as jewelry is a personal-use product)

 

💳 Refunds: Once your return is approved, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
